- In oder to become Vietoffer members, you present and
warrant to us that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you possess
the legal right and
ability to enter into these terms and conditions and to use this site in accordance
with these terms and conditions.
- Completing the member registration process means that you already have
entered into this section and agreed all the terms and conditions stated
hereof. If you do not agree, you must not join as a member of this site or
discontinue using the service provided by Vietoffer.com if you already joined
as a member.
- You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a VIP member
and/or Fee based member of Vietoffer.com.
1. Member benefits
1.1. New members joining Vietoffer are exempted from fee
within one (01) year since their membership registration .
1.2. Members can enjoy preferences, sales promotion programs
of Vietoffer or the third party sites. This policy will be informed on Vietoffer
or directly
sent to their mail address.
1.3. Users are supplied with a user name (ID) and password
after membership registration so as to use services on Vietoffer and carry
out their transaction
through this site.
1.4. Members can build an automatic website (If they want)
for introducing, publishing their company or other purposes.
1.5. Members are instructed to use Vietoffer services by
service supporters of Vietoffer
1.6. Members can elect to terminate his/her membership with
Vietoffer at any time by sending email from hi/her registered email including
his/her ID, user
name and password. However, upon termination, members’ account information
will not be removed entirely from Vietoffer.
1.7. Members have the right to, make suggestions, send their
contributing idea to Vietoffer through its operation process by means of letter,
fax or email...
2. Member obligations
2.1. Do not provide/list any false information about yourself,
your company and your commodity on Vietoffer.
2.2. Do not violate any law, infringe the copyright, trademark
or other intellectual property rights of Vietofffer and other companies.
2.3. Do not be false, defamatory, harassing, libelous and
obscene.
2.4. Do not do anything to damage the reputation and operation
of this site by sending any computer virus and time bomb, conducting spamming
through this
site or having any misconduct that are intended to damage any system of Vietoffer.
Do not use Vietoffer services for unlawful, defrauding purposes such as posting
or making false offers, do not post false items with a view to disordering
the market...
2.5. Do not post any damaging, abusive, defamatory items
that may be invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially, ethnically
or otherwise objectable.
2.6. Grant us full right to use, reproduce, modify, republish,
post, broadcast, transmit in any way or download to process or compile your
information for
other purposes and media.
2.7. Members have to check their current registration data
by entering “My
office” and choosing “Profile Manager”. If data is not correct,
please correct or update your data. Moreover, members are responsible for information,
images that they post on Vietoffer.
2.8. Members are entirely responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of their password and account. Members must inform us via e-mail
of any unauthorized
use of their account or any breach of security.
Vip Membership or any Fee based membership
2.9. In order to join as a VIP Member and/or Fee based member
of Vietoffer.com, you agree to pay the annual membership fee, set forth in
this site, using telegraphic
transfer or valid credit card which we accept.
2.10. Provide us with accurate, complete, and updated information,
including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), and applicable payment
data
(e.g. credit card number and expiration date).
